We are equipped to process blood, urine, feces, and other samples using our state-of-the-art in-house laboratory and reference lab. We use these tests to monitor our patients’ ongoing health, look for signs of illness, check for parasites, and much more. By performing these tests in-house, we provide fast, accurate results and can get our patients started on the correct course of treatment right away. When your pet’s diagnosis requires a reference lab, we are usually able to have results within 24-48 hours.
We also have diagnostic imaging equipment. Our digital radiology (x-ray) and ultrasound allow us to peer deep inside your pet’s body to examine their bones, ligaments, and organs, monitor pregnancies, and even examine their teeth below the gumline. Digital radiology is faster and safer than traditional x-ray and yields high-quality images in seconds. Our ultrasound lets us look inside fluid-filled organs and observe your pet’s internal structures in real-time without the use of radiation. And with our endoscopy equipment, our veterinarians can investigate multiple body systems, remove stones or foreign objects, or place feeding tubes.
