Dr. David Cordray was born and raised in The Great State of Texas (and he refers to it as such). With roots in the Midwest, his parents instilled in Dave and his two siblings a deep sense of appreciation for friends, family, and farmland. In this rural setting, he worked at cattle ranches, pecan orchards, and hay fields. As a kid, Dave attended science camps in the summer, which likely set him on his path toward becoming a veterinarian, but he has always had a fanatic appreciation for animals and nature in general.

With him, Dave brings 30 years of experience committed to the health and well-being of Southwest Washington’s pets. Professionally, his interests lie in surgery (both soft-tissue and orthopedic), and preventive and emergency medicine. Dave is the father of four children and feels extremely fortunate to have found his wife, Dr. Lina (Wachsmuth) Cordray through veterinary medicine as well.
